We wanted to install a mini-split system in our garage to make it more comfortable in the summer and winter. We got 6 quotes from around the Treasure Valley. The quotes were all over the place with the highest being over $4K more than the lowest. Rich from No Bogus arrived on time and was very informative and helpful with all my questions. He made us feel really comfortable about the whole job and the products they install. After reviewing all the quotes No Bogus was the 2nd lowest bid but we really felt comfortable with them. I called and asked if they could match the lower bid because we really felt comfortable with them. He agreed and we set up the install. On the day of the install, Rich and his business partner Josh showed up on time. They explained again how the install would go and how long it would take. The whole thing was installed and tested in about 4 hours! After finishing they also checked to make sure the AC and heater powered up properly after turning power back on to the house. Rich noticed a worn part in the AC unit and replaced it for free! Rich and Josh are both master technicians and know their stuff. They were great to work with, worked efficiently, and cleaned up everything after they were done. If you need any kind of HVAC work don't hesitate to call these guys! They will take care of you and probably for a lot less than the big guys. I know they will be doing all our services moving forward.
Josh and Richard are seriously the best! They came out and cleaned out our entire system and installed a new Air Scrubber. It has help the dust and allergens in our home soo much - so amazing especially when you have two dogs!! Highly recommend these guys for any of your HVAC needs. They are so friendly and knowledgeable and have some of the best prices around. We will definitely be using them again in the future.
Richard was fantastic! I called on Monday because my house was not cooling. He offered to come over that night and I said we could wait until Tuesday. He came first thing in the morning and had us up and running again by the end of the day! And that was only because he had to go and get the parts he needed! One day personal service in the middle of summer! Best service ever! I will recommend No Bogus Heating and Cooling to anyone!!! Thank you Richard!
highly recommend No Bogus Heating and Cooling. My project was complicated due to owning a very old house and what I needed. No Bogus are installers and came up with a plan to make it work, and in the best way possible. No Bogus is different than salesman (who do not have any installation experience, and do not know what is needed to make the complicated plan work). Thank you for a job well done No Bogus!
What amazing customer service and such a quick turn around to get on the schedule! Josh reached out over the weekend and made sure we were on the schedule as early as possible.
