Great, prompt service! I had the pleasure of being helped by the owners, Richard and Josh. Richard was fantastic he came out at 6:30 a.m. to diagnose our furnace and discovered we needed a new heating unit and AC. He ordered everything on Friday and had us scheduled for installation by Tuesday very impressive turnaround time!
After getting diagnostic and estimate from another company I decided to give No Bogus Heating & Cooling a call for a second opinion and estimate. These guys are everything you want in a HVAC service: integrity, reliability, humility, and skilled. I love that Josh & Richard, the owners, are the technicians as well. Josh arrived within the hour of my call despite it being a holiday weekend. He’s a straight-shooter that’s not trying to sell you more than what you need, unlike the other local company who’s salesman quoted me nearly double the cost, but I digress. He also kindly delivered a portable AC unit at no cost that kept our family cool until after the new installation was complete. We got a new AC and furnace at a very reasonable cost, and they offer good financing options. They do everything they say they’re going to do, show up when they say they will, high-quality installation and service without cutting corners, no surprise costs, and all around good dudes. They certainly live up to their name and motto, “Just honest service with no bogus.” We’re happy to support this local small business & highly recommend No Bogus Heating & Cooling for all of your HVAC needs.
This was a first time visit with No Bogus H&C and I am pleased to share that the service is excellent. Josh, one of the owners, spent significant time explaining what needed to be done, how much is would cost, and what to expect with my HVAC equipment, considering its age and use. I like dealing with a locally owned company who does not receive corporate pressure to sell unnecessary parts or do unnecessary work, especially when I find out the company I dealt with for 7 years did not do the maintenance work they were hired to do. I will definitely call these folks in the Spring for my air conditioner work.
Josh and his associate installed a mini split cooling and heating unit in my home today. I love it already! I have only had a wood stove for heat for a very long time.
